DeDe is the Managing Director of Innovative Financial, LLC. She has twenty years of experience in the financial arena, including serving as an auditor for Ernst and Young, a lender for First Interstate Bank (now Wells Fargo), and a Controller for numerous companies, while working for a Venture Capital firm. As Vice President for Retirement Without Tears, she solidified her expertise as a financial planner and investment consultant.
DeDe understands that no matter how vast her experience is, its only value is within the context of an effective relationship. Therefore, she makes it a priority to be available to answer your questions and concerns, and will meet with you however often is required to help you meet your goals. In addition, our comprehensive Consulting Team consists of professionals in the areas of estate law, insurance, and the stock market. As someone who didn’t grow up with wealth, I was always fascinated by personal finances and wealth accumulation. After graduating college with a degree in finance, I gained corporate experience in a management program at Northern Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chicago. I spent the majority of my career working with institutional clients (your 401k and pension plans) at Dodge & Cox in San Francisco, where I was promoted to Vice President and a Shareholder of the private firm. Prior to creating BW Financial Planning, I was a consultant to a hedge fund and private equity firm.
Through my personal and professional experience, I've seen how a healthy relationship between your money and your priorities can make an impact on a person's life. What I've learned is that money isn't the key to freedom. The key is awareness of what your values and priorities are and using your money with intention to support what's important to you.

Jennifer is Innovative Financial’s resident Paraplanner. She utilizes her exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to help fill in the pieces needed to prepare our comprehensive financial plans. Jennifer manages our powerful financial software to prepare reports, update client portfolio projections and proactively alert the team to important changes in circumstances.
Jennifer attended Colorado State University with a focus on engineering and math. This strong analytical foundation, combined with her natural creative bent, make her an excellent problem solver. This, combined with her past experience in tax preparation and mortgage processing, make her an invaluable member of the Innovative team. In her spare time, Jennifer enjoys drawing, painting, crafting and animals. Her dog, Gracie, can often be seen roaming Innovative’s offices.
June Moye
Administrator Extraordinnaire
After more than 10 years in business administration, June has the insight and know-how to support our team members and clients, from processing various applications and assisting with reporting. She has the commitment to client service and attention to detail to get the job done well every time.
June attended Colorado State University. After college, she moved to Hawaii and met a soldier who turned out to be her soon-to-be husband. After living the Army life for a few years, they settled back in the Denver area where she worked in the travel industry for over 10 years. When she is not busy at Innovative, she enjoys hiking, biking, camping, travelling, gourmet coffee and spending time with her high school aged daughter.
